I want to transfer my tenancy for my mezzanine studio in Nido Stepney Yard. I have already paid the full payment and the cintracg is till 2nd of Septmeber. I am happy to move out as early as possible depending on potential tenant availability.
The studio has a lot of space to keep stuff, large wardrobe and double bed. I took it for 165 per week however I am happy to give it for 150 per week or 600 per month. We will calculate the amount depending on your date of move-in. I am okay to transfer the contract(to Students) or to give it without contract as well.
