Studio Letting in St James Point

I will move out of the studio before next summer, so I am looking for someone who can take over the rest tendency of my contract between the 7th of July 2024 and the 31st of August 2024. My contract will finish on the 31st of August 2024.

The room type is a studio located in St James that has basic furniture. The studio belongs to Student Roost St James' Point which is a private student accommodation ideal for college and university students. The room is on the 9th floor and the windows can view St James' Park and a part of Leazes Park. The St James Matro station is just in front of the accommodation. The students just go across Pitt Street to go to the Business School, and ten minutes walk to the city center and Chinatown. 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Newcastle University campus and Newcastle Train Station.

My room level is Studio- Silver in the accommodation. The kitchen has a microwave that has a grill mood to bake something, a small refrigerator freezer, toaster. The room also has a wet room.

This is a student accommodation(PBSA), so council tax does not need to be paid.

Two people are allowed to live in the studio, but both must be students.
