Hi there, I am looking for someone to rent this lovely room in a 3-bed house.

This is an international household with 1 indian girl and 1 spanish girl living in the house plus 2 female cats. The girls and cats are really lovely, quite and friendly.

They are looking for someone friendly, respectful of others and of their privacy as well as of noise levels, clean and who would like to join them for a walk or coffee every other week :) (no pressure at all).

They accept pets as long as hygiene standards are maintained and there is a level of respect for others, e. g. ensuring that cats' litter boxes are kept clean and do not start to smell more than normal; ensuring that floors are regularly hoovered (twice a week if this is an animal who loses a lot fur). You can bring more cats into the house - the condition is that it is either female or a male which has had surgery.

Common areas include the living room, kitchen, front patio and bathroom. Cleaning of these areas is split between the occupiers with rotative areas and everyone having a go at cleaning different parts of the house. It is done every weekend on a rotative basis.

Rent £277 pcm and low deposit. Available 1st of June or 30th/31st May. Removals around the town might be available - check with the landlord.

Water is included in the rent price.

Gas and electricity are split fairly with the other tenants (e. g. if you are not in the house for 1 month you don't have to pay the bills), paid every month and cost will depend on usage - we only use gas heating and don't use eletric heaters as our bills went up to £400 because of those. Now, using gas/central heating on a regular basis - we pay around £50 per month.

Broadband is not included and you would have to sort it out yourself. There will be a now broadband router in the house which you can probably use and just pay for the now broadband membership.

There is a washing machine with a dryer mode for use in the house as well.

There are a few shops and restaurants around as well. You can get into the city centre in a 10-minute walk. There are a few bus stops on the main road.
