Hey! We're a mixed (nationalities) group of students and professionals (1 astrophysics PhD student, 1 PhD neuroscience PhD, 1 astrophysics postdoc, 1 professional in full time work) looking for 1 more person to join us the next year from mid September in a 5 bed flatshare.
The flat is near Leazes Park just 15 min walk from the city centre and close to both universities (15 min walk to NCL uni).
There are two bathrooms. The room has a
- double bed - desk - chest of drawers - wardrobe.
The kitchen has - a microwave - toaster - separate fridge and freezer - washer-dryer (so no extra cost for laundry).
Plus the building has free parking. All for £114/week including bills.
We have a video of the interior so you can take a look straight away. If applicable, this is a council tax band A property and there are currently 3 others to split it with.
