Centralofts Apartments - Single Flat

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am leaving UK. The flat is available from 31st of March but if you need it earlier or later I might be able to work out something (it's for 8 months tenancy takeover).

The place is literally in the heart of Newcastle, close to everything. Pure gym is 4 minutes walk (literally). The Gate is about 5 minutes Walk. You have Floe Co-working offices which are about 6 minute walk. Addtionally, Crown Plaza has a spa/sauna which is again about 6 minutes Walk.

The place is incredibly safe, it's got a concierge and 24/7 CCTV coverage.

The flat is also incredibly quiet, despite being in the centre of Newcastle.

The bed is a Simba King bed that cost £1,000 and is insanely comfortable.

You have two toilets too, one with a bath and a shower, and the other where there is a boiler/storage room in case you have guests.

A fridge, Freezer, and washing machine with tumble dryer are all included in the apartment. The apartment is incredibly well ventilated and so clothes dry quickly anyway, but it's also very warm - I have not had to use much heating at all.

Bills depend on how much you use them - £150 extra a month covers everything.

This property will go fast and I'm available to take viewings 24/4 as I work from home.
