Tenacy Takeover!!!

Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Newbridge street student accommodation for the summer term as I'm moving back home. The room is spacious with a doubled bed and an ensuite, the kitchen is also big with all the essentials needed. There is also a common room with table tennis a pool table, study places, a tv and seating area and a piano. All three others in the flat are super lovely and easy to get along with. They are all in their first year however they don't mind what year you are in! The accommodation is one of if not the closest accommodation to Northumbria Uni. As well as the Uni being right outside there is also a Sainsburys local just outside too which is super handy. The accommodation is also located 2 minutes away from a metro station and around a 10 minute walk from Newcastle town centre :) ( I apologise for the picture quality but if you go onto Northumbria accommodation and click Newbridge street there's a virtual tour)
