My roommate is moving back home when the tenancy ends (31st of May 2024). I’m looking to start a new tenancy from the (31st of May 2024 / 1st of June 2024 for a full year so would end in June 2025.
It’s a 2 bed 1 shower 1 bathroom flat shared with me, I'm full of vibes and Ima calm dude, I’m hardly in which is a bonus, if you like your personal space! 😁
The room I’m advertising is a double room. If you want more images message me, the cost of the flat is £700 per person max including all bills (can be lower if we are good with Energy usage) this includes all Council tax and electricity there’s no gas. ❌
As you can see we’ve done a good job of keeping the flat tidy, it would be appropriate for one to follow suit. ☺️
To secure this flat you will need to be able to pay a deposit of £600 and then next month when the flats available you will just pay the price of the room plus the bills.
Please don’t wait for this flat as it will go quick I’m doing it on a first come first serve basis, checks will have to be done via canopy once we have an agreement so have documents ready pls
