I’m a 23 year old biology student going into my 3rd year looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy - when I find a new flatmate the tenancy will be renewed and a new 12 month tenancy will begin. Electricity bill £45 per month no gas, free broadband, water £20. £515 per month bills included. no pets, no smoking. Room includes double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.
