I am a current resident at Vita student strawberry place, and I booked to stay at Vita for the next academic year, but due to needing a bigger space I have had to cancel my booking and I am now looking for a replacement to takeover my booking. As I have been a resident at vita for 2 years, I was offered a re-bookers discount on my booking, which you will be benefiting from if you decide to book my room, as currently the market price for this room begins at £364 per week.
If you are interested in booking this room, I will then pass on your full name, email address, and phone number to the Vita student customer engagement team, who will then assist you with the next steps to finalising your booking.

PAYMENT PLAN:
You have two options:
£256.02 Per week for 51 weeks for 2 installments, or
£251 for 51 weeks for 1 installment
When you book you will need to pay a two-week advance payment, and the first installment payment if you’re doing 2 installments, or the entire rent if you’re doing 1 installment.
And if you’re doing 2 installments your second installment will be due in February 2025.
Move in Date: 14th September 2024
