Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in St. James House (NE1 4BU) as the summer holiday.
An loft studio, private bathroom, private kitchen(with individual washing machine), two TVs. 10 mins walk to Newcastle University and Marks and Spencer. 2 mins walk to Tesco.
£195 per week (all bills included)- we could negotiate this price. The room will available in 3st June 2024 and the tenancy till 30 August 2024.
