About me:
I’m a recent graduate working the 9–5 life and looking for a like-minded person to share the flat with :) I’m pretty balanced — I enjoy going out for a pub night or rave, but I’m just as happy staying in with video games or a good book. I’m sporty, into backpacking, and easygoing to live with.

About the flat:
The flat is spacious and newly renovated, with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It comes with a washing machine, communal garden, bike storage area, and the option for a parking space (available through separate arrangement with the landlord).

The location is ideal — right next to Leazes Park, the RVI, St James’ Park, and Newcastle Uni. Despite being so central, it’s surprisingly quiet most nights.

The room:
The room is on the smaller side but comes with a double bed, under-bed storage, and a wardrobe. If needed, some furniture can be removed to fit in a desk.

Other info:
I don’t mind cats (love LOVE love cats!) and would take precautions with the windows if you have one.
