Small, double bedroom in Newcastle central

About me:
I’m a recent graduate now working the 9–5 life, looking for a like-minded person to share the flat with :) I’m pretty balanced — I enjoy a good pub night, but I’m just as happy staying in with video games or a good book. I’m sporty, into backpacking, and generally easygoing to live with.

About the flat:
The flat is spacious and newly renovated, with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It also comes with a washing machine, a communal garden, bike storage, and the option of a parking space (available through a separate arrangement with the landlord).

The location is ideal — right next to Leazes Park, the RVI, St James’ Park, and Newcastle Uni. Despite being so central, it’s surprisingly quiet most nights.

The room:
The room is on the smaller side but comes with a double bed, under-bed storage, and a wardrobe. There’s also some flexibility with the furniture — items can be removed if you’d like to make space for a desk.
