Looking for someone to move into my homely 3 bedroom property while I work away. Close to the metrocentre and A1 and short drive into Newcastle city centre. Full use of the house including living room, dining room, kitchen, utility and small spare bedroom which is used as a wardrobe.

I work away so am very rarely home and when I am I just use my room as a place to sleep and store my clothes so would best suit someone who wants their own space or a couple.

Room and house come fully furnished and with all kitchen appliances and fully equipped so ready to move straight into. Can also be stored away if you prefer to use your own.

Available to move in to straight away. Would prefer someone to move in long term who are really going to make themselves at home here. I have lived here for the past 3 years and want someone to enjoy it as much as I have. There is a drive with space for a car as well as free on street parking directly outside.
