Hi 🙋‍♂️ I’m Joss and I’m renting out one of my rooms which comes with your own bathroom as seen on the photos.

Very laid back guy and easy to get along with who mainly goes to the gym then will stick a film or series on, on a night time and enjoy the odd pint with friends on a weekend. All I ask is that you have respect for my property and keep the rest of the house clean but your room will be yours to be however you like.

The location of this property has everything on its doorstep (literallly at the end of the street) such as:

A bus stop which takes you to Newcastle city centre via Kingston park.
Morrisons supermarket
One stop shop

Hairdressers
Beauty and nail salon

Cafe plaza (with a beer garden)
