We are a young couple who have a spare room. One of us works from home and the other is works shifts.

We have been hosting tenants for 3 years and this room is now available.

You will have full access to all amenities, as per the images we have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and drier.

The property offers a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and access to both front and back gardens.

The sofa folds so you can make it into a sofa bed if you want to relax and watch a movie and the bed can also become a double bed if you need the extra space.

The location is great as buses are a mere 5 min walk and the metro 20 mins walk. Aldi is also a 20 min walk.

We do also have a doggie who is called Koda, he is very friendly and will mostly stay in the living room, he will not be allowed in your room.

You will get your own set of keys and lock and you will also have a working space area in your room should you need it.

There is a wardrobe provided and TV you can access Netflix.
