Room available in Sandyford area from 1/9/25. Bills come to max £200 on top of rent.
Room has walk in wardrobe and is located on the top floor.
Shared bathroom with just myself, bath and shower.
Living room, kitchen, office (I partly use when working from home), garden, garage, double driveway and permits available for extras. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
