Double room available in Arthur’s Hill

Hi 👋 hope you’re doing well!

I’m the existing tenant of a ground-floor two-bed flat on Sidney Grove, Arthur’s Hill. I’ll be in the larger front room (used to be the living room), and the smaller double is available for you (pics included).

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room. We also have a spacious yarden, that’s perfect for summer evenings and fire pits. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, gas hob, shared bathroom with shower, microwave, and all amenities—with all bills included (paid to Jack the landlord)

I’d love the flat to feel like our home, where we can relax, cook, and have friends over for dinner!

About me:
I’m friendly and considerate. I like a clean,
clutter-free home. I enjoy chats and cups of tea in the kitchen, but also respect personal space. I work full-time as a Quality Manager- outside of this I play football with an inclusive team and volunteer at the Star & Shadow cinema. No kids, no pets, non-smoker. Also a left-handed, book-loving leftie 😁
