Classic en-suite room within Verde accommodation. Accommodation is located next to St James park. A great room for Newcastle University business school students or computing studens as it is less than a minute walk over to the business school, the Frederick Douglass Centre and the Urban Sciences Building. It is only a short walk away from the main campus and is only a short 2 minute walk away from the nearest Metro station.

The room is located on the fifth floor which can be accessed by stairs and elevator.

There are 5 rooms in the flat, 2 boys and 2 girls. Room 4 is available, with the two neighbouring rooms housing one guy and one girl respectively. The flat consists of a mixture of students, ranging from Foundation to Postgraduate. The existing flatmates are very welcoming, as well as considerate with noise and keeping the common areas clean.

The room contains a small double bed with under bed storage, good size desk and desk chair as well as shelves and draws attached to the desk, making there great storage throughout the room.

There is a decent size wardrobe with 3 draws at the bottom, hanging space and then storage at the top as well. The bathroom is a decent size with a door to the shower instead of a curtain.
The kitchen area has enough room for everyone. Everyone gets a multiple cuppboards that can be used to store all kitchen utensils.

The kitchen comes provided with a TV as well as two sofas as well as island stools (TV-License provided by the accommodation).

Verde also has a great common room area, a gym, cinema room and a bike store which are available to use to all students and is a great friendly environment!
