Spacious room available in a detached house

I’m Rohit a pharmacist living in Great park owning a group of pharmacies that I manage.

I’ve got quite a big house and I’m looking at renting out one of the rooms to a fellow professional.

Although I live in the house, it is vacant for the majority of the day, and during the year I am out exploring the world too

I’m after a fellow professional who I can trust on keeping the house clean and tidy. No smokers and no one who likes parties as when I’m there I’m often in my study looking after my business so prefer the peace and quiet. I’m a huge foodie and eat out often and in my spare time play tennis at the Northumberland club, watch movies and play on my PlayStation
