Room to rent in High Heaton

Hi!

My flatmate is moving out soon and I am looking for another girl to share the flat with. I am looking for someone who is clean, kind and considerate, can be either student or professional. The flat is in a really good location which is mostly what you pay for. It's a 5-10 min walk from the big Sainsburys on Benton road, 2 mins from the 62/63 bus stop that goes to town and it's a cul de sac ground floor flat. Very quiet and nice area, nothing ever happens here and I personally feel very safe. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms (you will have the bigger one), a kitchne, living room and bathroom as well as a sunroom which is lovely in the summer. There is also a garden at the back which is a nice added bonus! The bedroom comes unfurnished, the only thing that my flatmate is leaving is the wardrobe. I also don't have a telly hence the gap in the living room but if I find a flatmate then a TV will defo be bought for the living room :) It's not a super modern flat but it's a good size and good price. The council tax is band A but as I am trying to find someone quickly, I am willing to cover most of the bills so you'd be looking at £500-550 per month including all bills, council tax, wifi etc.

I am very clean, quiet and relatively introverted so I like my own space. I'm also always at work so I don't spend that much time at home lol. I am looking for someone to move in for at least 6 months or more and the move in date can be negotiated. I am also pretty sure you wouldn't be tied to a contract as we are currently on a rolling one so it can be ended with a 1 month notice. If you are interested, I would have to check with the landlord regarding the deposit, which I am pretty sure is a months rent.
