Your tenancy will last till the 5th of November 2026.
Rent is £695.17/pcm with ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
The only exception is council tax bill (BAND A). Students are exempt from it, professionals will are responsible to pay.
ONCE YOU TAKEOVER THE TENANCY, I WILL PAY OFF YOUR 1st MONTH'S RENT. SO 1st MONTH OF YOUR TENANCY WILL BE FREE. YOU ONLY PAY RENT FROM YOUR 2nd MONTH AND ONWARDS.

Can leave everything I bought for the studio for you to use, should you need them.
I don't drive, but the building does have parking space, and you might be allotted one if you are seriously interested in taking the studio.
However there is bike storage available, alongside other amenities like on-site laundry facilities, common room, game room, gym etc.
