I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a Classic Studio at Quay Point Studios (Newcastle) from late January 2026.
It’s a self-contained studio with private kitchen and private bathroom, fully furnished and in great condition.

The building is managed by Unite Students and located 5–7 minutes from Northumbria University and Newcastle University.
Rent is £165 per week, bills included.

Ideal for students looking for a quiet, private space.
Contract runs until 18 July 2026 (same as my current tenancy).
You will sign directly with the accommodation and they will transfer the tenancy to your name.

Facilities include:

• Study areas and common spaces
• Laundry room in the building
