I'm looking for a replacement tenant as I am moving away for work.
The flat has a beautiful view of the Tyne river and is in the Ouseburn area, so very close to shops and entertainment. Also very close to city center. It's a 25 minute walk or a really quick bus ride on the Q3.

Your monthly bills (Council tax, Electric, Wifi) and Rent together will come to around 700 per month.
You will have
- Room with double bed, big wardrobe, drawers and mirror
- Desk and chair are mine and I will be taking them with me (we can discuss if you want to buy them off me)
- Private bathroom that has been recently redone
- Shared living room (a pretty good size for hosting)
- Shared kitchen with Washer/dryer, electric hob and oven
The other tenant is Chidera, a working professional who has a been a nice and considerate flatmate.
