I am moving out as I have reached the end of my NHS placement in Newcastle and I’m looking someone to take over my room from around the 1st of May (though we can work this out).

- 5 mins from the central station
- 10-15 mins from the unis and pretty much everything in the centre of newcastle
The flatmates are a really nice bunch of gals, a mix of working and postgrads. The flat is peaceful and clean and the vibe is also very chill with having guests to stay or friends round. There is room to move the bed and have a desk chair (!!).
You would be taking over the current tenancy, which is until the 29th of July, but then you’d be free to leave or extend it after that as you prefer. 😊
