I have a room available in NE1 student accommodation. The flat is nice and clean.
There is a living area with soffa and TV, and kitchen which you share. 5 others live here.
The room is with an attached private bathroom with shower and all. Room is fully furnished for students.
Male or female doesn’t matter.
You will get a contract from the landlord company for the period of 18/05/2026-06/09/2026. You may extend it if you want.
The rent is £350 (including everything). I paid way higher. No additional bills required. Wifi included. Free Laundry.
I am leaving the country early. So, letting it go on a loss. If you want to extend, you can use my tenancy discount (I will go and sign it over to you).
You can take it from a later date if we can reach an agreement. Let me know if you want it.
