Short Let (16 may to 30 june) Bills Included

lam leaving my current accommodation and my room will be available from 16th May until 30th June, approximately 1.5 months.
Costs breakdown:
16th - 31st May: Rent fully covered by me, so you pay nothing for this period.
1st - 30th June: £300/month (bills included).
The remaining £128 of the monthly rent will be covered by me.
The standard room rent is £428/month including all bills.
As this is a short-term arrangement, I am subsidising the cost so the person taking my place only pays £300 for June.
This is a great opportunity if you need somewhere to stay short-term without the hassle of a long contract. All bills are included so there are no hidden costs.
