Great views of the river and it is a nice walk into the city centre. There is also a very regular Quaylink bus service into the city and surrounding areas (goes to Gosforth)
The area is nice and quiet and there is a garden for the summer.
If you are a walker it will take you 20 minutes to 30 minutes to walk to the city. About a ten minute walk to the nearest metro station.
You need to be a dog lover as I have two small dogs. Might be some rent reduction if you can dog sit two nights of the week while am on night shift. Just needs you to let them out and pop a food plate on the floor.
