Keyless living. Coded front door and each bedroom is secure with coded locks.

The communal areas are made up of the following; Large kitchen with double cooker and American style fridge freezer. Dinning room with table and chairs. Living room with two sofas, coffee table, fireplace, 42" 4kHD3D TV with Virgin media, Netflix and Now TV entertainment. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and bath with built in lights and Jacuzzi sprays. The communal areas will be cleaned by a registered cleaner every week once we find a new one.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe, draws, storage space and special mattresses.

The garage can be used for extra storage if needed.

There is a large driveway on the front and extra parking is available just off the main road.

The back garden is large and private.

The house is very close to Benton and Four Lane ends metro and just down from The Ship Inn pub.

Please be aware I am not asking for deposit, just pay up for the next month in advance. I run a tight shift, any lateness of rent or any damages to the property or equipment will be assessed and charged to the individual. Failing to meet the above criteria will result in termination of letting resulting to a prompt eviction.

Last time I rented the rooms out the first 3 people to view them took them. Very high standard.
