Single room, south facing, in friendly, homely upstairs flat. The room has a high ceiling and is furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and chair, bedside drawers, lamp, large mirror and window blind. Nice, ambient, colourful and friendly flat. Looking for someone who is independent, respectful. easy going and trustworthy. No smoking indoors. Would suit a reliable friendly person who either works, or is a student. Between Tynemouth and North Shields metros, 12 minute walk to beach, bus stop around the corner. Occasional sole use at weekends, second person is away at uni, and only here now and then. I work 3 days per week in Newcastle and spend some time away, so you will get time to yourself at the flat. Dishwasher, wi-fi, good vibes all round. Sitting room is a walk through room, very sociable with table, chairs, a sofa, and my painting corner. Space for surfboard at bottom of stairs. Permit free street parking outside. Very convenient for eating out in Tynemouth and close to a park. The perfect flat share for the right person.
