Gorgeous double room in Victorian house

Fantastic newly decorated upstairs double room in a beautiful home in quiet conservation area. I am a busy artist, sometimes working away, and am looking for someone who is responsible, clean and tidy. I will consider any arrangement: from 1 month or flexible arrangements during the week whatever suits! I am looking for a hard working professional/student who is wishes to live in a quiet, warm, cosy and comfortable home. It is very close to the metro station and bus routes to Newcastle. The sea is just 15 minutes walk and there are some nice pubs close by. Street parking is available and is free too if you have a car. I have a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. I am quite flexible so could negotiate with you if you are looking for a short term stay or weekdays only. The rent includes broadband, heating, electricity, water and general cleaning products. It does not include landline calls. I have two house trained, very independent cats and would like you to feed them occasionally if I go away overnight.
