House faces coast ...great views, really nice area, great pubs and overlooks the Fish Quay - Fab for Fish n' Chips and the newly revitalised social scene- Only 5min drive from Silverlink (Retail Park, Cinema etc) and only 5 min drive from Tynemouth & Whitley Bay - Rent includes all bills (gas/elec/council tax, TV licence, water etc (except phone usage, toilet rolls, cleaning material etc)

Room only available to one person (i. e. not suitable for couples looking for a room!) Only 10min walk from North Shields Metro - Direct access to Newcastle centre (20min metro), or 20 min drive (Coast Road route) genuinely nice decent owners. House sharer must be clean, tidy and ideally quiet living. If you have OCD with cleaning then please, come join us ha ha!!
