This is a Bright Garden studio within the perimetre of the main house but completley independant.
The house is set in a quiet residential street in Ponteland, Newcastle.
Local Connections:
The house is situated within reaching distance to the Metro (Train station in to the centre, 1 hour walking and 15 minutes drive. Bus station is within 5/10 minutes walking distance to the central Newcastle. Airport is within 5/10 minutes drive.
Also walking distance from the house is a mini high street and restuarant and pubs.
We are a welcoming couple, however we appreciate the balance of socialising and respecting individual space and privacy. We will try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although The studio is independant with its own entrance, My husband and I will always be happy to help with any questions or inquiries.
The Studio has an open plan kitchen with all amenities, anything lacking we could provide. There is a table with two chairs. There is a Brand New Bathroom with shower, Towels provided. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, with pillows and Douvet. Plenty of storage, single wardrobe.
Guest may be allowed with prior arrangments.
No smoking and No pet.
There is parking outside the house, no permit needed. It is a very safe area.
All we ask is for you respect the studio and treat as if it was your home.
