You'll have the master bedroom with en-suite, fully furnished and ready to move into. There are two large wardrobes with six drawers, giving you plenty of storage space. A desk is available upon request, perfect if you work or study from home.
The room size is 3m x 6m. The ensuite is 1.2m x 3.7m - so plenty of space!
🛏️ Guest Room Access:
Have friends or family visiting? There’s a guest bedroom available for overnight stays, so you’re welcome to host when needed — just let me know in advance.

The house is mainly heated using a gas boiler, with smart radiator valves on all radiators that can be controlled individually via a phone app — ideal for customising your comfort in each room.
🌐 Internet:
The house has 300Mbps Starlink internet and WiFi 6 coverage throughout, perfect for streaming, gaming, remote work, or video calls without a hitch.
🧹 Cleaning:
A robot vacuum and mop keeps the ground floor clean on a regular schedule. If you’d prefer not to do much cleaning yourself, a cleaner for the shared spaces can be arranged — terms to be agreed between us.
🍽️ Kitchen:
If you love cooking (or coffee!), you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring a semi-professional espresso machine, microwave oven, bread machine, stand mixer, fridge, chest freezer, electric oven and grill, and a semi-professional gas hob.
