The room available is the master suite based on the upper floor of a 4 bedroom townhouse, which will comprise of a fully furnished and very spacious bedroom and private En suite with shower, making it the perfect private place to stay if you work night shift or do not like to be disturbed. There is a family bathroom on the middle floor with a bath for shared use also.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a desk and chair, clothes rail, two bedside tables and will also have a double bed and chest of drawers arriving soon. Duvet, pillows and covers can also be provided on request.

The rest of the home offers a shared, kitchen, dining room and living room with French doors opening to a shared garden. The tenant is free to store items, bikes etc in the garage to the rear of the house. The three other bedrooms are not for use.

There are two friendly cats living in the property who are shy but enjoy a lap nap once they are comfortable.

The current occupant on the first floor is a Professional 39 year old male who is a quiet, non-smoker and works from home. He enjoys movies computer games and going to the gym. Is in a relationship with a lovely girl who sometimes stays over at the weekend.

The estate has access to a supermarket and petrol station at the top of the street with the The Hasting pub at the top of the estate offering delicious gastro foods and entertainment. Excellent bus links to town and rail soon to be in place also. Its very near to the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital making this a perfect residence for Medical professionals as it is a short drive or cycle away.

The estate is based in Seaton Delaval within a 10 min walk to the village where there are local shops and a post office. The area is surrounded by green land with lovely walks and places of interest nearby. It is a 5min drive/20min to the stunning Seaton sluice beach.
