The room available is the master suite based on the upper floor of a 4 bedroom townhouse, which will comprise of a fully furnished and very spacious bedroom and private Ensuite with shower. Its a private space with no other need for access to that floor, so ideal for night shifts There is a family bathroom on the middle floor with a bath for shared use.

The bedroom comes furnished with a desk and chair, clothes rail, two bedside tables, double bed and drawers.

The rest of the home offers a shared kitchen, dining room and living room with French doors opening to a shared garden. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump tumble drier. Living room is a shared space and TV use is available to tenant. Wifi covers the property and is available to tenant. There is a detached garage available for storage of things like bikes.

Parking is on street with no competition for spaces. Centre of Newcastle can be accessed by the X7 bus from the top of the street. The Northumberland Line extension offering 15 minute train commutes to Central Station in Newcastle, station is across the road from the bus stop and supermarket. Lake and Dales supermarket approx. 100m away with petrol station and parking. It is a very quiet neighbourhood consisting mostly of families with young children. There are 2 gyms within 10 mins drive from the property.

There is a single cat living in the property.

The only other resident is the live-in landlord, Andrew. He works hybrid, so a mixture between WFH, office and site based. Lives a very quiet life, is very relaxed with house rules and if not at work spends free time exercising, slow cooking and watching Netflix with his cat.
