With a comfy single bed and super-fast Wi-Fi, our fully furnished Sunderland Standard Plus Cluster Room is the perfect student space. Designed with you in mind, it is complete with a sink, vanity unit and its own study area. It also benefits from a lockable toilet & shower (accessed via a communal corridor) for exclusive use by you. The Forge is conveniently close to The Uni of Sunderland and enjoys great transport links to help get you there quickly!

Our shared kitchens are already equipped with everything from knives and forks to dishwashers, while dining tables and chairs mean there is a space for every meal.

Moving away from home can be stressful, so we like to make things as simple as possible. Including contents insurance, broadband and all utility bills in the rent makes life easier for you.

Your safety is paramount. With 24-hour security, swipe access and CCTV, we’re doing everything we can to make your stay as safe as possible.

We have amazing communal social spaces including our cinema room which is perfect for chilling and watching films. There is also the Student Hub for socialising or studying. Not to forget our large, comfortable living areas in the student halls.

CONTENTS INSURANCE

It’s good to know that someone’s got your back, so we’ve included Endsleigh contents insurance in the rent. It’s just one thing less to worry about.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS

To make moving in that bit easier, our kitchens are fully equipped, with enough pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for every meal. The kitchens also include another student necessity – a dishwasher

ON-SITE LAUNDRY

Our sites have their own laundry with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers, so you don’t have the hassle of going off-site to do your washing.

BIKE STORAGE

Bikes can be the perfect form of travel while at university, so our accommodation has storage to ensure that they’re kept safe. All you need to bring is your own locking device.
