Room available in a clean house with conservatory and large Garden.

Living room has a large corner sofa, windows on both sides and is light and airy.

Kitchen is compact, but comes with everything you'd expect, including washing machine and dryer.

Bathroom has a shower and the toilet is seperate

All bills included

The room would fit a double bed if you had one you wanted to bring with you

The house is only a 15 minute walk Metrocentre, with great transport links to
Team Valley, Gateshead, Newcastle, Whitley bay from a bus stop at the end of the street.

On street parking is available

I'm sociable, easy going, clean and respectful and I'm looking for somebody similar to share the house with.

There is no smoking allowed inside the house, however there are seating areas in front and back garden.

The room is available with a single bed, drawers and a wardrobe

House has a nice cozy feeling and laid back, nice private garden and nice neighbours on both sides.

The house has a friendly cat, who spends his time sleeping or exploring outside.

My son will visit during the week and at weekends.

The house currently has no Internet provided , however if this is a necessity, this can be discussed for the right person.
