Double room Available

I’m looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, ideally in the final year or study, or works full time and is okay with a pug! (Frank) as my current housemate is moving out at the end of this month.

You’ll have your own double bedroom, own bathroom and there’s a bedroom used as a study so more than welcome to use that if need be.

I’m an easy going person who doesn’t mind chilling with you downstairs or doesn’t mind if you keep yourself to yourself.
I studied at Northumbria university studying Product Design Engineering (BEng) but currently work part time at Mushroom bar on the weekends so I do get in later however I’m quiet and won’t have to worry about me waking you up.

The house is situated next to a park so quiet bearing in mind it’s on a main road.

A 5-10min walk to walkergate metro station which I use for work and uni everyday. A bus stop directly outside which goes into town. It’s around £5-£8 for an uber to town also.
