1 double room in new build

I’m a live-in landlord offering a comfortable double room in a friendly, relaxed home. I sometimes work away Monday–Friday (usually in Newcastle though but every now and then may be called away), so there may be times when you’ll have the house to yourself.

I’m easy-going and very sociable, and I’m looking for a clean, tidy tenant who’s looking for a place to truly call home. Animal lovers are a must as I have two working cocker spaniels (they’re very well behaved and absolutely love a cuddle)

You’ll have full access to the entire house (apart from the other bedrooms) you’ll have full access to the living room, plus a lovely outdoor space with a fire pit and seating—perfect for summer evenings. I have rented the rooms out for years and have always liked the lodgers to feel like it is their home too.

I would like someone that is quite sociable and up for attending the pub and maybe head out for food from time to time.
