I’m happy to live with anyone as long as you're clean and tidy and I’m a extremely laid back guy who enjoys a night in the local and a night in the house. I’m clean and tidy and very very easy to get along with.

I am happy to accept smokers but this must be done at the back door and not in the house. There is plenty of room in the house, large garden and a conservatory/diner/bar to chill in.

It would suit someone who doesn't mind their own company and enjoys a mostly quiet chilled house. However, I do like to socialise with friends for a few drinks at least once a week!

I really want some to feel at home and treat it as there own.
