Large Double Ensuite + access to big house

The house

I have a large double room available with own bathroom + ample storage, located on a private road in a lovely quiet part of Wallsend. Off road parking is also available. The room has the following:

-King size bed
-Desk + chair
-Two double wardrobes
-Chest of drawers
-Dressing table
-Full length mirror
-50 inch smart TV
-Air conditioner

5 min walk from the centre of Wallsend with plenty of shops. 10 min walk to the Metro station.

The room is on the second floor of a large house, so you'll have plenty of privacy. You'll also have access to:

-games room with pool table
-mini gym with cross trainer and treadmill
-hot tub
-cinema room

At the moment I only plan to let one room, so you'll just be sharing with me, although this might change in the future. I work for myself from home so I'll be in most of the time, but the house is large enough that you can basically do as you please (within reason!).

Bills are fully included.
