THE EXTRA ROOM
In addition to the double bedroom, there is also a second room that would come included. This room would make an ideal home office for the home/hybrid worker. However, the room has been deliberately left unfurnished for maximum choice, and would equally be ideal for:

* A PHD student needing their own private space to study in
* Someone with lots of clothes who'd like a walk-in wardrobe for getting ready
* Someone who'd be moving in with a lot of possessions and requires plenty of storage space
* A more introverted housemate who'd prefer watching TV and/or gaming in their own private living room

Myself and the other lodger Phil are both friendly and tidy working professionals. We are approachable and chatty but also enjoy our own routines as hybrid workers. I'm looking for a third and final person who fits this sort of vibe, where we can all get on as a house, but at the same time we all respect each other's space.
