Double Room to rent

Shared living room

Just thought I would dip my toe in and see if anyone would be interested in renting my spare double room.

The room has a built in double and single wardrobe with plenty of space to store clothes and other possessions.

There is currently a double bed in there with a double mattress too. Bedside table. Nice grey carpet. Room looks out onto the communal gardens within the complex and gets the sun from around 3pm onwards. I also have my own back garden with a shed

I have lived here for 2 years nearly but have chosen not to decorate the spare room because I wasn't quite sure what to do with it.

The property is privately rented from my landlord and I am the only person living here right now. This would be my first time having a house share with someone other than a family member or partner.

I would prefer my future housemate to be someone who is respectful, quiet on an evening - especially if I have work the following day - happy to chip in with housework and easy to get along with. I am not boring though, I am quite sociable and likes relaxing with a glass of wine or a fruity cider on an evening too. I just like my sleep 😂

All of the furniture in the property is owned by myself - as mentioned above there is currently a double bed in the room and a side table but of course, if you want to bring your own furntiture I dont mind. I can store mine in the shed if needs be.

I do currently work from home due to the COVID19 situation.

The rental amount would cover all of the household bills. There is parking available outside. A garden with a clothing line,
There is a washing machine, dryer, cooker with gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, shared living room with a big 50" UHD TV, main bathroom and a spare loo as well. I don't use the spare loo so that would basically be all yours.
Current TV services are provided through Now TV and I have all the channels - Sky Sports, Movies, kids channels, and Entertainment with Box Sets. I will happily share logins with my housemate.
I also have access to Disney+.
