Room in Whickham available for short term until the end of July.

By car its 5 mins to metro centre, 15-20 mins to central station.
By bus 20-25mins to central station. Fastest buses to town are X30 & X71 then 6 via metro centre, 301 via gateshead interchange.

The home is located in a residential area. The property is close to local shops and within easy walking distance of bus stops.

The room is part of a peaceful household and would suit someone looking for a calm and relaxed living environment. We both work and mostly do our own thing and catchup occassionally in the kitchen. This is definetly not a party house and would suit someones thats more independent. Hopefully you can clean up after yourself, are respectful and easygoing.

The room is north-facing and will be simply furnished with small double bed (underbed draws), small desk, wardrobe, chair and lamp.

Parking, fibre broadband, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional storage for bulky suitcases / bike available.
