We are a young couple who are looking for a friendly, clean housemate to share our lovely home with. We are young professionals (early 30s) and we have a large double room available to rent. The room itself has a double bed, bedside table and double wardrobe (with two big inside drawers). There is also plenty space for a desk if you would like to work from home.

We are into music, travelling and socialising. We are looking for someone who is chilled and likeminded - not a party animal :D.

The property has 4 bedrooms with a good sized garden, two living rooms, a dining room, driveway (with parking for at least two cars), one bathroom and one downstairs toilet. The house is close to the shops in Front Street, Monkseaton, is a 15minute walk to the Monkseaton metro station, has multiple bus stops nearby and has a close by Aldi/ Morrisons.
