Furnished double room available in my flat in Whitley Bay! £475 excluding bills. Available from mid April but move in date is flexible as current tenant has bought their own property so waiting on date of them moving out to be confirmed.

Bills usually come in at a further £150-165 (depending on gas/electric usage) so total including all bills ~£625-640 (gas/electrics/water/council tax/TV license)

I currently live in this three bedroom flat with my flatmate Ana but I am looking for someone to take over the rental of a third room! I work in London so the majority of the time will be spent with yourself and Ana.

The kitchen is spacious and has a gas hob, two ovens and large fridge. The shared bathroom has a bath and good powered shower. There is a small rear yard with morning sunlight on the back steps. There is also a well maintained front yard with afternoon and evening sunlight which is shared with downstairs flat.

Beautiful spacious flat with modern decor in a fantastic location with on street non-permitted parking. 8 minute walk to either Whitley Bay or Cullercoats metro with frequent links to Newcastle! Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and multiple local coffee shops and amenities including 24hour gym.

This flat is perfect for young professionals ideally or final year/mature students. Strictly no smoking. We are looking for someone clean and tidy who Ana and I will get along with and will respect living in my home!
