Located in the heart of Whitley Bay- one of the North East's most vibrant coastal villages, with excellent coffee shops, music venues, cafes, cinema and a much-loved bakery on the doorstep. The house is on a quiet pedestrian street with a community garden, a short walk from the beach and
3 minutes to metro.

The large double room overlooks the community garden and gets plenty of light, with a king-size bed, matching drawers and wardrobe included.

The house is comfortable and well-equipped - central heating and a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, a well-appointed kitchen with large fridge-freezer, and a Miele washing machine and dryer. Two shared spaces: a dining room and a lounge. There's also a backyard for drying outside.

Live-in landlord works in environmental and climate-related work for a national charity and writes. Interested in all things food and sustainability; with a particular joy in foraging, food diversity, and what makes food truly delicious.

Energy currently on a fixed-rate plan - if usage stays within the current budget, bills included. Happy to discuss.
