Room available to rent in homely flat

I am looking for a flatmate to move in with me. I am a 25 year old non-smoker. The flat is a cosy two bed first floor flat a couple of minutes walk to Monkseaton metro and short walk down the road to Spanish city. There is space on the drive to park a car and the flat is spacious with two toilets.

I work a 9-5 in landscape architecture and work from home 1-2 days a week. In my time off I love trying to get outdoors as much as possible (even just a short walk or jog by the beach after work), try new food places, movie nights, socialising with friends and I am trying to be more crafty (currently learning to crochet). I am easy going, tidy, clean and have lived in multiple house shares before.

I am looking for a female professional flatmate who matches my lifestyle who is like minded. I’m looking to hopefully be friends with my new flatmate so would be great if they were up for doing activities together or a chat after work but also alone time too. I’m not a big into partying but like a couple of relaxed drinks in or at a local bar/pub every so often at the weekend.

I am still sorting out the spare bedroom and it would need furniture but waiting to see who is interested incase they already have bits of their own furniture. The rest of the flat is furnished. I am keen to find someone who wants to also make the flat feel like their own home so happy for them to bring their own decorations and home touches to the flat. I can send photos on request :)
