REDUCED Double room in quiet two bed house

Due to the Coronavirus we cannot currently do viewings in person. My sister in law may be able to do a video viewing but we will have to follow government advice regarding moving house.

My sister-in-law (live in landlord) has a double room available in her spacious two bed house in the lovely town of Alcester. The house is close to the industrial estate and just a short walk to town. She's retired, clean and tidy. She is respectful of space but love sharing the odd meal or glass of wine. She is barely home so it is likely that you'd be on your own for a lot of the time.

She is looking for someone that is reliable, quiet, clean, positive and respectful. She is happy to share the use of her home and garden and would like someone that will pitch in with their share of the cleaning. It is a quiet house so she is looking for someone who wants the same.
