The nearby surrounding areas are lovely with plenty shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely canal for walks and pub stops nearby. 40 mins to Leicester centre and coventry. 40 mins to Birmingham centre

Local train station with good connections

We are a relatively social bunch however privacy is respected. We have no preference to occupation, age sexuality etc, simply appreciate tidy and respectful people to come share the house and someone we can trust in our home.

We currently work a shift patterned rota so would appreciate someone who is respectful to the changes in sleeping patterns. We do have 2 playful cats within the property but are kept out of bedrooms where possible.
