Now my boys have flown the nest I have a double room available. The room is immaculate and contains a double bed, with bedding, a 3-sectioned wardrobe, a desk, an airing cupboard and a wall mount for a TV.
The house is immaculate and is in an excellent area close to amenities, shops, swimming baths/gym, park, places to drink and eat.
It's in an excellent location for links to the motorway network. It's less than 3 minutes to junction 3 of the m6. There is a living room, modern kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a 3rd bedroom but it's not used for renting. There is ample space for off road parking, a medium-sized private rear garden. There is an alarm and central heating. My property is immaculate and I am looking for a respectful lodger who would maintain my home the way I do. I am sociable and friendly. I don't have grandchildren.
