The room overlooks the garden and park at the back of the house and is very quiet.

We are a young professional couple looking for some one clean, tidy and respectful to rent a room in our beautiful victorian semi-detached house in Bedworth. We are happy to chat and be social but also totally happy to leave you alone, we are very chill and laid back.

The rent includes ALL bills, use of utility room, washing machine, garden, and patio. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and large bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The room is a great location for commuters.
TRAIN - Bedworth train station is less than a 5 min walk with direct lines to Coventry City and Nuneaton within 10 mins which then has direct lines to London Euston and Brimingham.
CAR - Coventry city centre is less than 5 miles away and the M6 is a 3 min drive away providing easy commutes and motorway links.
BUSSES - there are multiple bus stops within a minutes walk.
WALK - Bedworth town centre is just at the top of the road, and a big 24hr Tesco and Aldi all within 2-3 walk.

We would prefer a non smoker and no couples please.
Mon-fri rent is £375 a calendar month and full time rent is £425 a calendar month.
We have two super cute playful pups, so you will need to be ok with dogs.
